Jennifer Roberts brings a fine art background to a career in photojournalism and photography. Following the completion of a BFA from the Ontario College of Art and Design, she received a scholarship to begin working on an MFA in Ryerson University's new Documentary Media program.

In 2008 she had a four-month contract with

The Globe And Mail in Vancouver, which led to her current position in Toronto as a regular contributor to Canada's national newspapers. Recent publications/clients include PDN, The Globe and Mail, Report on Business Magazine, The Toronto Star, The Wall Street Journal and CP Images.

Select recent awards and achievements include:

-Portrait Photograph Of The Year, The News Photographers Association of Canada, Pictures of the Year 2008

-Finalist in the 2009 PDN Billboard Music Photography competition

-Accepted into the 2009 Eddie Adams Barnstorm Workshop
